MBSR

The next 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program will run weekly on Tuesday evenings, 17h30-20h00, from 30th January until 20th March 2018, at the Nahoon Mouth Bowling Club. For more information contact us via the ‘Contact Us‘ page.

All Day Retreat

Previous MBSR participants are invited to attend the all day retreat of each current MBSR programme. Three retreats are scheduled per year and are run at  Driftwood Studio in Sunrise-On-Sea.

The next retreat will be held on Saturday 17th March 2018.

Weekly Meditations

We hold weekly meditations at the Nahoon Mouth Bowling Club every Wednesday morning from 07h30 – 08h15. All welcome to attend. A donation is asked to cover the cost of the hire of the hall, while the rest is donated to various charities.
Barbara teaches Qi Kung from 08h15-09h00 which is followed by Tai Chi until 10h00.
There is no meditation or Tai Chi during school holidays.

Reading Group for Professionals

A  monthly CPD-accredited reading group is held for health professionals. Current literature and research relating to the interplay between mindfulness, therapy and health is explored and discusssed. For more information, contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
